How to cook it

In the pot

For 1 portion: heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan with 1 clove of garlic and 2 sage leaves.
Add the soup, stir and cover with 500 ml of boiling vegetable stock.
After it comes to a boil, cook for 30-35 minutes.

For more portions: add 350 ml of hot vegetable stock for each additional portion.

In the pressure cooker

Reduce cooking time and the liquid by about half.

Before serving:

Season the soup with grated cheese and extra virgin olive oil.
