How to cook it

In the pot
For 1 portion: Pour 80 g of couscous in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, stirring with a fork.
Bring 120 ml of salted water or vegetable stock to boil, and then pour the hot liquid over the couscous.
Stir and cover with aluminum foil or a lid.
Turn off heat and let stand for 5-7 minutes, then fluff with a fork and season to taste with vegetables, legumes and spices.
For more portions: Add 50 ml of salted water or vegetable stock for each additional portion.
