How to cook it

In the pot
For 1 portion: warm 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot with a small red onion cut into thin slices.
Add the soup, stir and cover with 500 ml of boiling vegetable stock.
Simmer and cook for 30-35 minutes.
In the pressure cooker
Reduce cooking time and the liquid by about half.
Before serving:
Season with olive oil, freshly ground black pepper and freshly grated cheese.
We recommend rinsing the product under running water before use.
