In the pot
For 1 portion: pour the Cous Cous in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, stirring with a fork.
Bring 120 ml of salted water or vegetable stock to boil, and then pour the hot liquid over the Cous Cous. Stir and cover with aluminum foil or a plate.
Let stand 5-7 minutes then fluff with a fork and serve.
