How to cook it
In the pot
Pour the Sorghum into a pot and add water to fully cover the grain.
Mix, cover the pot with a lid and cook on low heat for 35-40 minutes until the liquid is completely absorbed preserving the properties of the cereal.
Add a little water, from time to time, if the product is too dry.
Add salt and season to taste after cooking.
In the pressure cooker
Reduce cooking time and the liquid by about half.
We recommend rinsing the product with water before use and lightly toasting to taste, by stirring the millet for 2 to 3 minutes.
